Exploring Curriculum Change
From the BC Heritage Fair Society:
The Ministry of Education has recently presented a new curriculum document, Exploring Curriculum Design, that if adopted, would give greater flexibility for teachers to undertake Heritage Fairs. Moreover, the Ministry's proposals place historical thinking at the centre of a renewed vision for social studies, concepts that are very supportive of the Fair model.
